Having done yoga for years, I thought my next painting should be about the little understood effect our minds have on our bodies. Trusting someone to do a partnering pose can be quite challenging and usually ends up in a heap and lots of laughter. The two ladies in my painting are concentrating hard and fortunately of a similar size and weight which always helps. Not sure why there is so much blue – perhaps it’s because the sun is shining today after so many grey days and there’s a perfect blue sky. This painting is called “Circle of Trust”.
